Registration for Toy Fair will open in April 2023 and will take place exclusively online. There will be no on-site registration at Toy Fair 2023.

The global toy and play industry gathers to conduct business at Toy Fair. This includes manufacturers, retailers, the global press, sales representatives, licensors, inventors, designers, financial professionals,  and more.

Toy Fair is a trade-only event. Absolutely no consumers will be permitted to the Javits Center exhibit halls.
No one under the age of 18, including infants, will be admitted. Toy Fair participants will be required to show government issued I.D. such as a driver's license or passport, upon request.
Yes, there are retailers who write orders at Toy Fair. Order writing is done at the discretion of each individual buyer.
Yes, Toy Fair is held in the media capital of the world and welcomes more than 1,000 members of the global press. Each member of the media in attendance is highly vetted by The Toy Association’s team.
Yes, onPeak is the exclusive event accommodations partner for Toy Fair. They secure reduced-rate hotel rooms in New York City during the Fair. The list of participating hotels will be posted in October 2022.

The Javits Center has sidewalk ramps, automatic doors, and accessible restrooms and elevators. Payphones, located in the corridor on the north side of the Special Events Hall lobby, are accessible and equipped with volume and TTY capability for those with speech and hearing challenges. Motorized mobility devices may be used by people with mobility impairments subject to reasonable safety restrictions. Motorized mobility vehicles are available for rent in the Attend section of javitscenter.com. The Javits Center does not offer parking. Many private parking facilities, each with its own hours and prices, operate nearby.
Served by the 7 subway line, the 34th Street/Hudson Yards station on 11th Avenue between 33rd and 34th Streets is the closest subway station to the Javits Center. New York City Mass Transit Authority bus routes with service nearest the Javits Center include the M12, M34, and M42. Visit www.mta.info for more information about New York City mass transit options.
The Javits Center offers free wireless internet access up to 256K of bandwidth, accessible by any wireless capable device from any location throughout the facility. The free Wi-Fi service has been optimized for light business uses such as simple web browsing and e-mail. Paid internet access options with higher bandwidth for video streaming and other high bandwidth needs are available for single or multi-day use.
Toy Fair will follow the Javits Center’s safety protocols, which are in accordance with New York State and New York City guidelines.
