Join the Toy Association and its members in improving the lives of factory workers around the world.
We were the first national toy association requiring all members to participate in the ICTI CARE Process – the U.S. toy industry’s program of choice for monitoring toy factories’ compliance with the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) code of business practices ensuring fair labor treatment and employee health and safety.
The ICTI CARE Process supports: ethical manufacturing throughout the global toy industry supply chain; elimination of child labor and other unethical hiring practices; transparency of labor practices; and improvement of the lives of more than 600,000 factory workers in 1,100+ factories.
Within 12 months of joining the Toy Association (or upon membership renewal), members are required to source only from factories in the ICTI CARE Process or factories that meet the requirements of another recognized social compliance organization or another code of an equivalent or greater standard.
