Safety Education Program

The Toy Association's Safety Education Program is designed to provide participants with a detailed overview of the key state, federal, and international safety regulations and requirements impacting the toy industry.

Toy Association senior staff and outside experts will conduct educational sessions on varied topics such as the basic requirements for the US and some key markets, testing and certification, and how to navigate compliance-related barriers between markets.

All toy industry stakeholders are encouraged to take the course; free for Toy Association members and $495 for non-members.

Smart Packaging Initiative

The Toy Association’s Smart Packaging Initiative (SPI) Tool allows toy companies to determine the environmental impact of their packaging, test alternatives, and benchmark the impact of their designs against those produced by the rest of the industry.

The tool is only available to Toy Association members.
